The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 80 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

The holiday home is situated on a 1362 m² natural site. Situated 650 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 1200 m away. A 96 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 10 m² covered terrace. Swing. Sandbox. Barbecue at your disposal. Plug for charging electric car is available.

All together there are 4 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 4 sleeping places in single beds. 2 sleeping places on mattresses. 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located on the bed-loft of the house. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

There are 2 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 2 toilets. There is floor heating in 2 bathrooms. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

General:
Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Der Fernseher ist nur Internet fähig ( streaming). Da wir einen eigenen Streaming Stick dabei hatten war die mediale Unterhaltung gerettet. Besonderes Lob für die Vielfalt an Spielmöglichkeiten im Haus. Der Billard Tisch könnte allerdings einen neuen Bezug vertragen.
