Holiday home suitable for 8 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 116 m² and is build in 1975. In 2007 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with 2 energy-saving heat pumps, from which is located in the annex. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 40 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1856 m² dune site. Situated 150 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 3000 m away. A 65 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. You find a tool shed. Swing. Sandbox. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 4 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 4 sleeping places in single beds. 4 of these sleeping accommmodations are divided into 2 annexes. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, baking oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There are 2 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 2 toilets. There is floor heating in 2 bathrooms. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

General:
Wir hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub in einem sehr schönen und dicht (ca 4 min) am Meer liegenden Haus. Das Haus bietet eine gute Ausstattung, leider gibt es im Haupthaus nur einen Kleiderschrank. Die Küche bietet alles was man zum guten kochen braucht. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.
