Holiday home suitable for 12 persons as well as 2 children up to 3 years. The holiday home is 220 m² and is build in 1992. In 2024 the holiday home was renovated. You can bring along 2 pets. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. There is floorheating all over the holiday home. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 100 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there are 2 high chairs. Changing table.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 2500 m² natural site. Situated 700 m from the sea. Situated 900 m from inlet. Situated 400 m from lake. Nearest shop is 1900 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 2300 m. A 46 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. You find a tool shed. Swing. Trampoline. Beach volley. Plug for charging electric car is available. Charging socket type 2. Parking place by the holiday home.

Swimming pool
You can play and have a great time together in the indoor swimming pool. The swimming pool is 3 m wide, 6,2 m long and it is up to 1,4 m deep. The water temperature is between 24 and 28 ° C hot.The swimming pool has a countercurrent facility. There is floor heating in the swimmingpool area.

Bed situation
All together there are 6 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 8 sleeping places in double beds. 1 sleeping place in single bed. 3 sleeping places on mattresses. Moreover 2 cots for babies (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 induction cooking plates, 2 hot-air ovens, microwave oven and dishwasher. There is floor heating in the kitchen.

There are 2 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 2 toilets. There is floor heating in 2 bathrooms. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

You can relax in the indoor whirlpool for 2 persons.You can relax in the outdoor prefilled whirlpool for 6 persons.

Worth knowing

Wir hatten einen tollen Familienurlaub. Das Haus und der Garten ist super ausgestattet Die Einrichtung des Hauses, mit vielen, schönen Details faden wir richtig gut. Für die Kinder war der Pool, das Trampolin und der Whirlpool der Hit. Vielen Dank, für den Willkommensgruß und die frischen Blumensträuße, an die netten Besitzer. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Det var så det andet ferieophold på Jens Jensens Vej 24 med børn og børnebørn. Stærkt vanedannende :-) Solen skinnede tilligemed de dage de var der! Vi har allerede bestilt næste efterårsferie - men der flytter vi så over til Marehalmen.
