Holiday home suitable for 8 persons . 2 of the beds is only suitable for older children (4-11 years). The holiday home is 108 m² and is build in 2005. You can bring along 1 pet. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 40 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there are 2 high chairs.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 5000 m² natural site. Situated 900 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 2000 m away. A 130 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. You find a tool shed. Swing. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 4 sleeping places in single beds. 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located on the bed-loft of the house. Moreover 2 cots for babies (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There are 2 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 2 toilets. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

Whirlpool
You can relax in the indoor whirlpool for 2 persons.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 1 TV.1 DVD player. Stereo set. CD player. 1-3 Danish channels. At least 4 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged.

General:
Geräumiges und helles Haus mit einem schönen Wohn-Essbereich. Küche und Bäder sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Das Haus liegt ca. 15min zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt und mit dem Auto ca. 5min von Søndervig entfernt. Das Haus allgemein ist gut ausgestattet, besonders die Küche. Leider war die Außenvorrichtung des Whirlpools komplett ab bzw. kaputt und der Whirlpool für zwei Erwachsene recht eng. Die Matratzen müssten getauscht werden. Das Haus war insgesamt sehr sauber. Wir würden es weiterempfehlen.
