Nice and new appartment in an old school 

This beautiful newly renovated appartment is one of two appartments in this former school. The building is from 1929 and is located in the peacefull village, Syvsten. You'll find Syvsten in eastern Vendsyssel, surrounded by the beautiful nature. It's easy to travel from the village of Syvsten and visit the many towns, such as Aalborg, Sæby and Frederikshavn. 

The appartment was renovated in 2015 and is modern and brightly decorated. The two bedrooms is located on the first floor. They are both furnished with two single beds that can be pushed together to double beds. 

The appartment have a large garden, which you share with the neighboring appartment. The garden has a terrace with garden chairs, here you can relax and enjoy the sun while barbecuing. The garden has a lot of room for the children to roam around and playing games. The garden has a couples of small cozy corners, sheltered by trees. Here the children can play without being disturbed by the grown-ups. 

No rentals for youth groups. Tenant must be 25 years of age and present throughout the rental period. 

The appartment is only a few meters from the busstop, from which you can take the bus to Aalborg, Sæby or Frederikshavn. 

The area: 

If you enjoy a game of golf then you should visit the nearby Sæby Golf Club. The course is of a high standard and the nature that surrounds the 18-hole golf course is beautiful and varying. Not far from the golf course you'll also find Sæbygaard Slot (Sæbygaard Castle), which is right next to the beautiful beech forrest also named Sæbygaard.

There are a lot of shops and boutiques in the Town of Sæby. Here you will also find groceries and restaurants. You can enjoy the old cottages, in the old part of Sæby and visit the cozy marina with its maritime atmosphere. There is also the miniature town, Sæby miniby, which exhibits the town of Sæby anno 1900 and the former monastery church with its historic fresco paintings. 

There are a lot of sights to behold in North Jutland. For example Kystmuseet (The Coastal Museum), which has departments in Sæby, Frederikshavn and Skagen. Here you can learn about life on the coast through the ages. In Frederikshavn you can enjoy a swim at Palmestranden (The Palm Beach), visit Krudttårnet (the Gun Powder Tower) or the beautiful Bangsbo area. 

If you travel further north, you can experience the amazing nature in Skagen. Grenen (The Northern Tip of Denmark) is a must see, but we also recommend: Den Tilsandede Kirke (The Sand Buried Church), Råbjerg Mile (Denmarks largest wandering desert) and Det Grå Fyr - Center for trækfugle (The Grey Lighthouse - Centre for migratory birds).
