This villa has a separate entrance to an apartment that can accommodate 4 people.

Both bedrooms have a with 3/4 bed. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine. From the small living room you have access to an east-facing terrace, where you can grill and socialize in the evenings after a day at the beach.

The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and underfloor heating.

You have access to WIFI.

There are no extra costs as the rental price includes the consumption of heat, electricity and water.

No rentals for youth groups. The tenant must be at least 25 years old and be present during the entire rental period.

The old market town of Sæby exudes atmosphere with a charming medieval town center and a cozy harbor. The nature around Sæby is ideal for an active vacation, and in the city, you can enjoy shopping, cafés and great dining experiences.

The city has a long history. As you stroll around the town, you will pass many beautiful half-timbered houses in the charming streets around Algade and the beautiful old monastery church Sct. Mariæ with its white church tower.

The idyllic Sæby Water Mill is beautifully located close to the town center. Nearby you will also find Sæby Museum, where you can learn more about the history of the region.

In Sæbygård Forest, the river Sæby Å winds through the deep gorges. Here you will find marked hiking and mountain biking trails.
