This beautiful holiday home will surely become your favorite house once you have rented it once. The house is lovely and well-maintained with 3 rooms and beds for 6 people. 1 double bed in the master bedroom and a large wall-to-wall wardrobe, a room with a 3/4 bed and a double wardrobe and a sofa bed with chest of drawers and coat hooks in the last room.

The kitchen, dining room and living room merge into one and from here you have a gorgeous view of the Kattegat. Enjoy the beautiful panorama from the sofa and follow the life of Frederikshavn and the shipping traffic. The kitchen is very modern and beautiful with a large, lovely granite worktop and all the kitchen equipment you will need. A Quooker has been installed. You will find an extra fridge with freezer in the annex. The bathroom is nice and bright with large drawer cabinets and a lovely spa bath.

Outside you will find a large cozy enclosed patio and a wooden terrace on the side of the house, which continues out of a wide porch in front of the house.

The house is new and highly insulated, so it is warm and dry.

The house is perfectly located in Sæby with only 150 meters to a lovely beach and a beautiful beach promenade, which will take you to Sæby Harbour. The distance to shopping is only 800 meters and Sæby town center with shops, cafes and restaurants is only 500 meters from the house.

When renting this house, there is always mandatory cleaning and a fixed consumption surcharge for water, heating and electricity.

No rentals for youth groups. The tenant must be at least 25 years of age and present during the entire rental period.
