Holiday home on a small plot close to the beach in Sæby

This house is renovated and is lighty and modern arranged with an open kitchen, dining room, sofas and a little wood burning stove. There are two bed rooms, one with a 3/4 bed and one with a sofabed (120 cm wide). The kombination of bed rooms make it possible to plan a holiday for 4 - several generations can easily spend the holiday in this home. Please notice, there are only danish and german TV-channels in this holiday home. 

The cozy roofed terrace gives shelter for the wind and the evenings can easily be spend here relaxing and barbequing. It is spacious and for the sunny days, there are several chairs around the garden and always a sunny warm place to enjoy the sun. From the terrace you have an ocean view.

There are two biciycles if you want to experience the town from another angle. The holiday home is situated just 250 m from the beach, where you can walk a long the promenade to the center of town and the harbor. Sæby is an old town with an inviting maritim atmosphere around the harbor with cafees and shops and a charming life in the pedestrian street with many shops and restaurants.

No rentals for youth groups. Tenant must be 25 years of age and present throughout the rental period.
