Lovely location, near the beach and a playground

Charming little holiday home located at Sæby Nordstrand. Perfect for the couple or the small family, who needs a vacation or a getaway with a great location. The house is next to a playground where there are outdoor toy's. From the houde, you'll have the most beautiful view over the ocean and the green playground.

The holiday home was build in 1967, and has undergone renovations ongoing since. The house is decorated in a simple manner wit respect for the size of the house. The single bed and bunk beds are only 180 cm long, and are therefore suitable for children. The kitchen and a big cozy living room with dinning area and sofas, provides the perfect opportunity to relax and enjoy the company of your loved ones. You can enjoy the view over the ocean from the adjacent sunroom.

You can also enjoy the view over Kattegat from one of the two the terraces. Here you can also make barbecue on the grill or sunbathe on the garden recliners. 

No rentals for youth groups. Tenant must be 25 years of age and present throughout the rental period.
