Description

The holiday home located in the Sæby Søbad holiday centre is decorated with many beautiful architectural details and smart solutions. The ceiling is tilted, and the rooms are divided by windows at the top, which not only looks great but also provides light and lightness between the rooms. The home is designed for 6 people. One room is a bedroom with a good double bed, and the other is a room that can be flexibly arranged with the number of beds (2-4 beds) needed. There are 2 fixed single beds and 2 bunk beds that can be flipped up and down as needed. This is a detail that allows the room to be utilised optimally. The bedroom has plenty of closet space.

From the main entrance, you enter a kitchen with a good dining area for 6 people and a well-maintained and very functional kitchen, which the owner has preserved in the original fine design on the doors, and there is a dishwasher.

From the kitchen, you have access to a hallway that leads to both bedrooms and to a nice and spacious bathroom with a large shower room with a top-hung luxury shower and smart cabin doors that can be pushed inwards in the shower room, allowing plenty of space in the bathroom at times other than bath time. In the bathroom is a washing machine.

Part of the wall between the kitchen and living room has been opened to allow for cosiness and conversation wherever you are. The living room is smartly furnished with a beautiful sofa and armchairs. There is also a built-in fireplace for extra cosiness on chilly summer evenings. There is dry firewood stacked on the terrace, which tenants are welcome to use. 

From the living room and terrace, you have a beautiful view over the stream and towards the old town and church - a beautiful sight in the daytime, but also beautiful when the lights sparkle from the town houses in the evening - one is tempted to call it Sæby's little skyline. The terrace is furnished with beautiful black wicker garden furniture. There is a garden table for 6 people + 2 adjustable chairs, 2 footstools, and a coffee table for 2 (a total of 10 chairs and 2 x 6 person tables) - and on the large, shared lawn just outside there is plenty of opportunity for both children and adults to enjoy themselves. There is also a terrace in front of the house.

The holiday home belongs to Sæby Feriecenter - a great place for children.

Pets are not allowed.

The tenant must be at least 25 years old and be present throughout the rental period.

Good parking conditions in the parking spaces belonging to Sæby Søbad Holiday Centre.

The car may only be parked in front of the holiday home in connection with unloading the car on arrival and loading the car on departure.

Consumption is read on arrival and departure on the welcome envelope. Electricity (for radiators and heat pump) and water.

Final cleaning can be purchased.

The holiday home belongs to the popular holiday centre Sæby Søbad, which is located a stone's throw from the coast and is very popular with families with children. There is minimal traffic, large green areas with several football goals, exciting new quality playgrounds with bouncy castle, climbing tower and swings, which are set up with rubber safety mats. 

The holiday home has a unique location with only 90 metres to the most beautiful child-friendly beach, and with just a 5-minute walk, you will reach Sæby's charming town centre with shops, across the rippling river, or you can walk the other way to the harbour, where you will find ice cream parlours, shops, and many yachtsmen in the summer. We also recommend a walk along the river in Sæbygårdskov, where you can enjoy the rippling water and the large, beautiful beech forest. It's only a 10-minute walk through a beautiful older residential area.
