A wonderful 93 m2 summer cottage from 1967 (partly renovated in 2007) perfectly fit for relaxation with a panoramic view to fjord, wood, and country lying in nice quiet surroundings in Lindenborg at Roskilde. The house has 2 living-/dining rooms and 3 bedrooms. From all rooms is direct access to a large roofed terrace with garden furniture. There are 2 parking lots at the house. There is only a few minutes’ walk to the beach (and a jetty during the summer period) with good bathing and fishing facilities. The surroundings consist mostly of a beech forest perfect for strolling/hiking. Close by is also Ledreborg Castle, where it is possible to enjoy outdoor live concerts, and the land of legends (“Sagnlandet”) in Lejre. Within a few kms there are lots of shopping and dining possibilities. The highroad lies not far from Lindenborg and can from the garden be heard in the distance. 2 pets are allowed.

Indoors
The house is for 7 people and equipped with an energy-saving recycling heat pump. All tiled floors and the hall have underfloor heating. Furthermore the house is equipped with a washing machine, a woodburner, and a high childrens’ chair for the infants. There is also an activity room with table soccer.

Outdoors
The house lies on a 753 m2 plot 300 metres from the fjord. There is a 50 m2 open and a 22 m2 roofed terrace as well as access to a conservatory. For outdoor cooking there is both an outdoor grill and a fireplace available.

Sleeping facilities
There are 7 sleeping places spread on 3 bedrooms each with a doublebed, and a bunk bed with 1 bed.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator, a 60 l freezer, 4 electric hot-plates, fan oven, microwave, and a dish washer. It is underfloor heated.

Bathroom
There is 1 underfloor heated bathroom with a shower cabinet and a toilet.

Multimedia
There is 1 TV with 1-3 Danish, 1-3 Swedish, 1-3 Norwegian, and 1-3 German channels, DVD player, radio, stereorack, and CD player. Wi-fi is available.



Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged.
