Das Holzhaus liegt an einem der schönsten und für Familien am besten geeigneten Badestrände Langelands. Naturgrundstück mit Sandkasten und Schaukeln in einer Größe von 1200 m², wovon 700 m² aus geschützten Schilfröhricht besteht, das nicht gemäht wird. Das Haus ist modern ausgestattet. Im großen Badezimmer liegt auch eine Sauna für bis zu 4 Personen. Ein gutes Ferienhaus für eine Familie. Von Ristinge Hale hat man eine schöne Aussicht auf das Meer und in Richtung Marstal und der Insel Ærø. Auf den kleinen Holmen zwischen Langeland und Ærø gibt es für Vogelkundige viel zu erleben. Einen Kilometer nördlich liegt Ristinge Havn, ein alter Hafen für Stellnetzfischer und Reusenfischer und heute gemütlicher Kleinboothafen. Es ist immer noch möglich frischen Fisch zu kaufen.
