A very nice and light 68 m2 summer cottage from 1978 (completely renovated in 2016) lying on a 2008 m2 natural plot only 200 metres from the sea. A beautiful annex with 2 separate beds making it possible to arrange them as you wish. The TV in the annex is only for Playstation. Lots of outdoor activities such as pole-tennis and darts. No pets allowed.

The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-friendly air-to-air heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 60 litres. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

The holiday home is situated on a 2008 m² natural site. Situated 275 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 2900 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 12300 m. A 80 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 10 m² covered terrace. You find a tool shed.Fire place. Barbecue at your disposal. Plug for charging electric car is available. Charging socket type 2. With 11 kW power output. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 4 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 4 sleeping places in single beds. 2 sleeping places in bunk bed.- 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located in the annex.

The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 induction cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.

The holiday home contains 1 TV. Radio.1 Bluetooth speaker.Playstation 3. At least 4 Danish channels. 1-3 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged. Workman/tradesman are not allowed to rent for business purposes.
