There is ground heat. There is floorheating all over the holiday home. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 60 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there are 2 high chairs. Changing table.

The holiday home is situated on a 2546 m² natural site. Situated 4500 m from the sea. Situated 250 m from the Wadden Sea. Nearest shop is 2500 m away. A 130 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 10 m² covered terrace. Swing. Sandbox. Trampoline. Jumping pillow for 9 persons. 2 barbecues at your disposal. Plug for charging electric car is available. Charging socket type 2. With 22 kW power output. Parking place by the holiday home.

All together there are 4 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 6 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in single beds. 4 sleeping places on mattresses. 4 of these sleeping accommmodations are located on the bed-loft of the house. Moreover 2 cots for babies (0-3 years).

The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 5 induction cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

There are 2 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 2 toilets. There is floor heating in 2 bathrooms. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.
