Holiday home suitable for 6 persons . The holiday home is 68 m² and is build in 1990. In 2014 the holiday home was renovated. You can bring along 1 pet. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 10 litres. Furthermore 1 wood pellet oven.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 3370 m² natural site. Situated 850 m from the sea. Situated 2300 m from the Wadden Sea. Nearest shop is 2200 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 1800 m. A 10 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 15 m² covered terrace. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 2 sleeping places in single beds. 2 sleeping places in bunk bed.2 sleeping places in alcove.- 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located in the annex.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 1 TV.1 DVD player. Radio. Stereo set. CD player. 1-3 Danish channels. At least 4 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged. Guest must bring their own ovenpellets.

Das Ferienhaus war eine Katastrophe!!! Nach unserem 8 Aufenthalt auf Römö, in verschiedenen Ferienhäusern in der Lage, war es mit Abstand das schlechteste und viel zu teuer. Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt absolut nicht überein. 1. Matratzen + Schränke weisen Flecken (Schimmel/Stockflecken) auf. 2. Kochnische,Dunstfilter muss Neu!!! Hängt einiges Schmockiges Zeug drin. Herd Plastikverkleidung durch geschmort. Backofen war nicht ausgewaschen vom Reinigungsmittel. 3. Mobiliar, veraltet dringend Erneuerungsbedürftig. Nichts passt und gehört zusammen, Deko verstaubt, Rollos Stoff bunt und siffig/ dreckig. 4. Nicht für 6 Personen geeignet, da Schlafnische nur Schaumstoffmatratze. 5. Geschirr, Tassen, Schalen, Töpfe ect.pp /-viel Glück beim zusammen puzzeln. Reicht auch nur für 4 Personen und ist zum Teil angeschlagen. 6. Duschen, wer flott ist 5min. Warmes Wasser dann Heizkessel leer. 7. Lampenschirme und Stoffe z.b. die Sprungrollos mit Insekten Überresten und Kot versehen+ verstaubt. Schlussplädoyer: Allgemein ein wirklich sehr schlechter Zustand und im derzeitigen Zustand nicht empfehlenswert.
