Holiday home suitable for 12 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 162 m² and is build in 1995. In 2015 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 1 pet. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 30 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 2500 m² natural site. Situated 3800 m from the sea. Situated 300 m from the Wadden Sea. Nearest shop is 2500 m away. A 28 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 14 m² covered terrace. You find a tool shed. Swing. Sandbox. Play tower. Parking place by the holiday home.

Swimming pool
You can play and have a great time together in the indoor swimming pool. The swimming pool is 3 m wide, 6 m long and it is up to 1,3 m deep. The water temperature is between 24 and 28 ° C hot.

Bed situation
All together there are 5 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 10 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in single beds. 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located on the bed-loft of the house. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 2 refrigerators. There are 4 electric hotplates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There are 2 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 2 toilets. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

Whirlpool
The indoor prefilled whirlpool offers space for 5 persons.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 1 TV. 1 Smart-TV. Stereo set. At least 4 Danish channels. At least 4 German channels. 1-3 English channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing

General:
Dieses Ferienhaus kann ich nicht weiterempfehlen. Der herrscht ein erheblicher Sanierungsstau in allen Räumen. Der Geschirrspüler ist defekt, der Herd ebenso.Der Wirrlpool läßt sich nicht mehr bedienen, eine Sicherung für den Wirrlpool konnten wir nicht erkennen, da alles auf Dänisch beschriftet ist. Die Außenanlagen bedürfen einer dringender Sanierung und der Grill ist total verrostet. Zu guter letzt einen Hinweis an Sonne und Strand. Überprüfen Sie bitte ihr Servicepersonal, denn als wir angekommen sind steckte der Hausschlüssel draußen in Tür. Das Haus hätte lehr sein können. Zum Abschluss muß ich sagen das Haus ist sein Geld nicht wert und ich überlege ob ich noch mal bei Sonne und Strand ein Haus Mieten werde. Mit freundlichen Grüßen H.Röpke
