Holiday home suitable for 4 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 73 m² and is build in 1974. In 2006 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 60 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 2500 m² natural site. Situated 1000 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 2700 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 250 m. A 30 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a covered terrace. You find a tool shed. Parking place by the holiday home.

All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 2 sleeping places in single beds. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Bei unserer Ankunft fanden wir ein sehr sauberers, ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus vor. Die Austattung war top. Einziges kleines Manko ist das ziemlich kleine Bad. Für zwei Personen super. Von dort aus sind alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und andere Ausflugsziele auf der Insel gut mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen.
