The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. Washing machine and tumble dryer available in the garage. Freezer capacity of 45 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

The holiday home is situated on a 2500 m² natural site. Situated 1000 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 2000 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 375 m. You find a tool shed. Swing. Garage at your disposal.

All together there are 2 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 3 sleeping places in single beds.- 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located in the annex. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 electric hotplates, baking oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.
