The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 81 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there are 2 high chairs. Changing table. Baby bath.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 2945 m² natural site. Situated 1000 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 2800 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 275 m. A 50 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 26 m² covered terrace. You find a tool shed. Swing. Sandbox. Trampoline. Plug for charging electric car is available. Charging socket type 2. Parking place by the holiday home.

Swimming pool
You can play and have a great time together in the indoor swimming pool. The swimming pool is 4,5 m wide, 4,6 m long and it is up to 1,1 m deep. The water temperature is between 24 and 28 ° C hot. Energy-friendly heat pump heats the water in the pool.

Bed situation
All together there are 4 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 8 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in bunk bed. Moreover 2 cots for babies (0-3 years).

Das Steinhaus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles funktioniert gut. . Es gibt drei Terrassen, davon eine überdacht. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig.Toll für Naturliebhaber. Fasane und Rehe kann man mit etwas Glück vom Haus aus beobachten. < br />Das Servicebüro ist bei Problemen schnell vor Ort. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter.

Udenfor var der fint det hele dog ønske låg sandkasse sand var sort mange steder ellers fint med terrasser men vi opholdt mest ude på ture og så et par gange i pool som også var skuffende ikke minimum 24 g som man skriver 24-28 g størrelse var fin med bunden løsnet mange steder så man gik på bobler sauna rigtig dejligt nogle af sengen gode den med køje så dårlig indeklimaet dårligt vi havde alt åbnet når vi kom tilbage virkelig grim lugt

Ich finde das Haus super, etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber das ist normal bei Nutzung.
