Holiday home suitable for 6 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 122 m² and is build in 1993. In 2016 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 1 pet. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 100 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 2500 m² natural site. Situated 1000 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 2800 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 275 m. A 110 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 20 m² covered terrace. Hereof a total of 130 m² enclosed terrace. You find a tool shed. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 6 sleeping places in double beds. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 electric hotplates, baking oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

There are 2 bathrooms with shower and 2 toilets. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

General:
Super Urlaub mit Hunde. Haus zu empfehlen. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Fernseher mit Wand fest verankert, daher Anschluss Computer leider nicht möglich (etwas klein). Überdachung fast überall, daher auch bei kurzem Regenschauer Aufenthalt auf der Terrasse möglich.

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig abseits der Straße gelegen. Die Terrasse ist einmalig, Küche top ausgestattet, Kamin wurde reichlich genutzt. Lediglich im Bad könnte es ein Freshup geben
