The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 60 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

The holiday home is situated on a 2500 m² natural site. Situated 4000 m from the sea. Situated 500 m from the Wadden Sea. Nearest shop is 2500 m away. A 15 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 8 m² covered terrace. You find a tool shed. Sandbox. Plug for charging electric car is available. Charging socket type 2. Parking place by the holiday home.

All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 3 sleeping places in single beds.

General:
Fesches Häusl in feiner Lage :-) Ruhige Lage, nicht weit zum Watt und Meer. Geschäfte und Cafes in der Nähe. Service kann ich nicht beurteilen, war aber auch keines nötig. Schlüssel in einer Box, Probleme gab es keine. Küche gut ausgestattet, was vielleicht Generatin Z fehlen würde, wäre eine Mikrowelle, uns hat's nicht gefehlt :-)

General:
Urlaub als Pärchen: Schöne Atmosphäre, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Einrichtung innen und auf der Terrasse ist vollkommen ausreichend. Es war alles vorhanden. Frische Blumen im Haus und Blumenkübel auf der Terrasse. Den ganzen Tag Sonne auf der Terrasse. Wir haben sehr gut in den Betten geschlafen, Couch im Wohnbereich bequem und gemütlich. Der Weg zur Nordsee beträgt 400m. Weißer Strandsand und fein für einen kurzen Spaziergang. Für Ausflüge mit unseren Rollern optimale Lage, alles gut zu erreichen.
