Holiday home suitable for 5 persons . The holiday home is 70 m² and is build in 1984. In 2023 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 60 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 2500 m² natural site. Situated 4000 m from the sea. Situated 500 m from the Wadden Sea. Nearest shop is 2500 m away. A 15 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 8 m² covered terrace. You find a tool shed. Sandbox. Parking place by the holiday home.

All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 3 sleeping places in single beds.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 electric hotplates, baking oven, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

Hatte eine schöne Woche. Das Wetter spielte mit. Die Lage des Hauses ist super. Wer ruhe sucht , ist hier richtig. Die Heizung ist etwas laut, aber sie stört beim schlafen nicht. Die Unterkunft ist gut ausgestattet.

Die Lage ist super, schönes Heidegrundstück. Es hat nichts im Haus gefehlt. Die bemängelte Ledercouch mit den steifen Lehnen wurde ausgetauscht. Das Doppelbett ist leider bei beiden Betten durchgelegen. Mein Mann und ich hatten beide Rückenprobleme.
