Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 20 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 255 m² and is build in 2003. In 2010 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 3 pets. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. There is solar heat. There is floorheating in the living room. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 100 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 2500 m² natural site. Situated 1400 m from the sea. Situated 2400 m from the Wadden Sea. Nearest shop is 1500 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 1300 m. A 90 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Swing. Sandbox. Beach volley. Plug for charging electric car is available. Parking place by the holiday home.

Swimming pool
You can play and have a great time together in the indoor swimming pool. The swimming pool is 5 m wide, 7 m long and it is up to 1,3 m deep. The water temperature is between 24 and 28 ° C hot.

Bed situation
All together there are 7 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 14 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in sofa bed (double). 4 sleeping places on mattresses. 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located in the living room and 4 of them are located on the bed-loft.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher. There is floor heating in the kitchen.

Toilet and bathroom
There are 2 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 2 toilets. There is floor heating in 2 bathrooms. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

Whirlpool
The indoor prefilled whirlpool offers space for 5 persons.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 1 TV. Radio. CD player. 1-3 Danish channels. At least 4 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged.

General:
Wir waren dort mit 8 Erwachsenen und 6 Kindern und Hund Dieses Haus ist wunderschön gelegen. Leider ist es in die Jahre gekommen. Die Matratzen sind alle durchgelegen. In den Zimmern war unter dem Linoleumfussbuden teilweise Schimmel. Viel Interieur ist beschädigt ( zB Uhr geklebt, Lampen kaputt, baumelten von der Wand), die Bäder waren verkalkt. Der Außenbereich war ungepflegt. In den Wänden teilweise große Löcher. Die Kleiderschränke sind total unpraktisch - da man viele Anziehsachen nur aufhängen kann es kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten gibt. Wir haben uns alle eine Whirlpooldermatitis am 3. Tag geholt. Hier muss man sagen, dass das Servicebüro schnell reagiert hat und der Whirlpool gereinigt wurde. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Allerdings benötigt es dringend Renovierungen und wir sind uns als Gruppe einig.. !!! es wird dem Preis nicht mehr gerecht!!! Ich hoffe, dass auf diese Kritik reagiert wird und Dinge behoben werden - damit es künftigen Gästen besser gefällt als uns
