Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 6 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 84 m² and is build in 1977. In 2022 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-friendly air-to-air heat pump.} Freezer capacity of 40 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 2500 m² natural site. Situated 1500 m from the sea. Situated 2400 m from the Wadden Sea. Nearest shop is 2000 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 1400 m. A 50 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 10 m² covered terrace. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 4 sleeping places in single beds. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 2 Smart TVs. Radio. 1-3 Danish channels. At least 4 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420,- will be charged.

Das Haus befindet sich in einer wunderschönen und ruhigen Lage. Wir konnten auf der gut ausgestatteten Terrasse von morgens bis abends die Sonne genießen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, das haben wir so bisher selten erlebt. Die Betten sind gut, wir konnten uns super erholen. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und man füllte sich vom ersten Moment an Willkommen!
