Holiday home suitable for 16 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 256 m² and is build in 1990. In 2021 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 3 pets. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 120 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 2544 m² natural site. Situated 1100 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 1900 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 150 m. You find a tool shed. Swing. Sandbox. Trampoline. Parking place by the holiday home.

Swimming pool
You can play and have a great time together in the indoor swimming pool. The swimming pool is 6,1 m wide, 3,3 m long and it is up to 1,3 m deep. The water temperature is between 24 and 28 ° C hot.

Bed situation
All together there are 8 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 10 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in single beds. 4 sleeping places in bunk beds. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 electric hotplates, baking oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There are 2 bathrooms with shower and 3 toilets, hereof 1 guest bathroom. There is floor heating in 2 bathrooms. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

General:
Wir fahren seid mittlerweile über 35 Jahre Regelmäßig nach Römö, leider war das bis jetzt das Ferienhaus, das uns am meisten enttäuscht hat. Der bauliche Pflegezustand des Hauses ist nicht wirklich der beste auch versprechen die Fotos mehr als das Haus halten kann (z.B. Größe der Schlafzimmer). Die im Grundriss angegebenen Bettengrößen der Stockbetten müssen dringend angepasst werden, die stimmen nicht mit den vorhanden Betten überein, ein Stockbett war so kurz, das hier nicht mal eine 11 jährige darin schlafen konnte. Die Kommunikation mit dem Büro vor Ort war sehr nette und sie haben im Rahmen ihrer Möglichkeiten auch weitergeholfen.
