Holiday home suitable for 6 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 80 m² and is build in 1969. In 2026 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 10 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 2800 m² natural site. Situated 1100 m from the sea. Situated 1300 m from the Wadden Sea. Nearest shop is 1200 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 50 m. A 60 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Swing. Sandbox. Barbecue at your disposal. Plug for charging electric car is available. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 4 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in single beds. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

Insgesamt ein tolles Haus mit einer sehr guten Aussattung, sehr guten Betten, sehr gute Matrazen. Der Weg zum Strand war etwas weit, dafür wurde man aber mit einem wunderschönen Sandstrand belohnt. Tolle Radtouren möglich, ein Sylt-Besuch lohnt sich!

Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll innen wie aussen. Nur leider funktionierte der Fernseher nicht,was Gäste vor uns auch schon im Gästebuch bemängelte.
