The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 40 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove.

The holiday home is situated on a 2750 m² natural site. Situated 3900 m from the sea. Situated 800 m from the Wadden Sea. Nearest shop is 2600 m away. A 80 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 5 m² covered terrace. You find a tool shed. Swing. Parking place by the holiday home.

All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 6 sleeping places in double beds.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 electric hotplates, baking oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

The holiday home contains 1 TV. Stereo set. CD player. At least 4 Danish channels. At least 4 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged.

Sehr schönes Haus, recht ruhig am Ende einer Sackgasse gelegen (je nach Windrichtung ist die Hauptstraße zu hören aber nicht störend). Gute Ausstattung, alles einfach zu bedienen. Tolle verschiedene Sitzgelegenheiten rund ums Haus. Super schöne überdachte Terrasse. Viele deutsche Fernsehprogramme. Sehr gut haben uns die kleinen Fenster mit den integrierten Fliegengittern gefallen (keine Mücken in den Schlaufräumen). Schönes Bad mit genügend Abstellmöglichkeiten und endlich einer Steckdose im Badezimmer (hat man auch nicht häufig in Dänemark). Gute Betten, etwas weich wie üblich in DK aber ok. Gute Küchenausstattung aber für die Mikrowelle sollte man vielleicht einen dauerhaften Platz suchen. War etwas nervig sie ständig aus dem Schrank zu holen. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und würden es wieder buchen.

Ich war zum 2. mal in diesem Haus. Ein wunderschönes Grundstück und ein sehr gemütliches Haus. Aber dieses Jahr sind zweimal Fremde über Grundstück gelaufen, dass war sehr unangenehm.

Top Ferienhaus waren sehr zufrieden. Wurde für 2026 schon wieder gebucht das sagt glaube ich alles über das Ferienhaus. Wir haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt. Danke dafür??
