The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 52 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

The holiday home is situated on a 2507 m² natural site. Situated 3800 m from the sea. Situated 200 m from the Wadden Sea. Nearest shop is 2900 m away. A 8 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 22 m² covered terrace. You find a tool shed. Swing. Sandbox. Parking place by the holiday home.

All together there are 4 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 6 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in single beds. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 electric hotplates, baking oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower and 2 toilets, hereof 1 guest bathroom. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

You can relax in the indoor whirlpool for 2 persons.

Wir haben schöne Tage verlebt. Das Haus ist eigentlich sehr schön, aber leider schon in die Jahre gekommen und im Vergleich zu anderen Häusern zu teuer. Leider stimmt die Beschreibung und die Bilder nicht mehr mit der Wirklichkeit zusammen. Den im Text beschriebene Wattenmehrblick gibt es nicht mehr, da ein Haus davor gebaut wurde. Das Eingangsbild stimmt somit ebenfalls nicht, da auf dem Bild, dieses Haus noch nicht gezeigt wird. Das war schon enttäuschend. Wir würden das Haus nicht noch einmal buchen. Auch waren wir mit dem Service von Sonne und Strand erstmals nicht zu frieden. Wir mussten leider wegen Stromausfall eine Hauptnummer im Internet suchen, da im Servicebüro am Anreisetag Samstag ab 17 Uhr niemand mehr da ist, obwohl die Häuser erst ab 16 Uhr regulär beziehbar sind. Der Herr in dieser zentralen Stelle, hat sich aber wunderbar gekümmert und es kam dann noch ein Techniker und wir hatten dann kurz vor Dunkelheit noch Licht und auch Heizung. Vielen Dank dem Techniker.
