Holiday home suitable for 8 persons . The holiday home is 112 m² and is build in 2005. In 2016 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 3 pets. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 40 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 2602 m² natural site. Situated 1800 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 1300 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 50 m. A terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a covered terrace. You find a tool shed. Swing. Plug for charging electric car is available. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 4 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 6 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in single beds.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 electric hotplates, baking oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There are 2 bathrooms with shower and 2 toilets. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

General:
Wir hatten wie immer eine schöne Zeit auf Rømø. Das Ferienhaus war sehr schön. Wünschenswert wäre es, dass in der Hausbeschreibung erwähnt wird, dass das Haus direkt an der Hauptstraße steht. Ein paar mehr Becher wären toll, das man nicht nach jedem Frühstück direkt abwaschen muss. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden
