The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-friendly air-to-water heat pump. There is floorheating all over the holiday home. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 120 litres. For the youngest ones there are 2 high chairs.

The holiday home is situated on a 2500 m² natural site. Situated 4000 m from the sea. Situated 400 m from the Wadden Sea. Nearest shop is 2200 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 3200 m. Furthermore the house has a 35 m² covered terrace. Sandbox. Play tower. Situated 1800 m from a playground. Barbecue at your disposal. Plug for charging electric car is available. Charging socket type 2. Parking place by the holiday home.

Swimming pool
You can play and have a great time together in the indoor swimming pool. The swimming pool is 3 m wide, 6 m long and it is up to 1,4 m deep. The water temperature is between 24 and 28 ° C hot. There is floor heating in the swimmingpool area.

All together there are 7 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 8 sleeping places in double beds. 6 sleeping places in single beds. 4 sleeping places on mattresses. 4 of these sleeping accommmodations are located on 2 separate bed-lofts in the house. Moreover 2 cots for babies (0-3 years).

General:
Die gemeinsame Zeit im Ferienhaus mit unserer großen Familie war wunderschön. Wir haben diese Zeit auf der Insel sehr genossen. Als kleiner Tipp - die Endreinigung des Hauses könnte etwas sorgfältiger überprüft werden. Aber ansonsten war es für uns wirklich perfekt.
