Holiday home suitable for 18 persons as well as 2 children up to 3 years. The holiday home is 250 m² and is build in 2022. You can bring along 2 pets. The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-friendly air-to-water heat pump. There is floorheating all over the holiday home. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 120 litres. For the youngest ones there are 2 high chairs.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 2500 m² natural site. Situated 4000 m from the sea. Situated 400 m from the Wadden Sea. Nearest shop is 2200 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 3200 m. Furthermore the house has a 35 m² covered terrace. Sandbox. Play tower. Situated 1800 m from a playground. Barbecue at your disposal. Plug for charging electric car is available. Charging socket type 2. Parking place by the holiday home.

Swimming pool
You can play and have a great time together in the indoor swimming pool. The swimming pool is 3 m wide, 6 m long and it is up to 1,4 m deep. The water temperature is between 24 and 28 ° C hot. There is floor heating in the swimmingpool area.

All together there are 7 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 8 sleeping places in double beds. 6 sleeping places in single beds. 4 sleeping places on mattresses. 4 of these sleeping accommmodations are located on 2 separate bed-lofts in the house. Moreover 2 cots for babies (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 2 refrigerators. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, 2 hot-air ovens, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There are 3 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 3 toilets. There is floor heating in 3 bathrooms. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

Whirlpool
The indoor prefilled whirlpool offers space for 5 persons.

The holiday home contains 1 Smart TV. 1-3 Danish channels. 1-3 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged.

detcer et skønt hus. når man er 5 børnefamilier afsted på ferie. fællesrådet også kan man trække sig tilbage i de ander ender kommer så meget tilbage igen en anden gang

Vorweg: Das Ferienhaus bietet einige Stärken, insbesondere das großzügige Platzangebot im Innen- und Außenbereich. Auch die Kommunikation war positiv – auf Fragen zur Poolheizung und zum Whirlpool wurde schnell reagiert. Zudem war ausreichend Geschirr vorhanden, sodass auch größere Gruppen gut versorgt sind. Leider gab es jedoch mehrere Punkte, die den Gesamteindruck getrübt haben. Das Haus wirkte für sein Alter bereits recht stark beansprucht. Es gab auffällig viel beschädigtes Geschirr, einige Rollos waren defekt oder zu klein für die Fensterflächen, und im Badbereich fanden sich mehrere beschädigte Fliesen. Nichts davon war gravierend, hinterließ aber einen insgesamt wenig gepflegten Eindruck. Besonders enttäuschend war die Sauberkeit. Bei unserer Ankunft befanden sich auf Böden, Möbeln und Dekorationsgegenständen deutliche Staubablagerungen. Die Fenster waren sehr verschmutzt, wodurch der ansonsten schöne Ausblick beeinträchtigt wurde. Auch Kühlschrank und Gefrierschrank waren nicht sauber. Ansich war alles toll. Wir hätten uns gefreut wenn man zumindest im Wohnraum abends ein bisschen Sichtschutz hätte. Im Pool- und Spielbereich war es nicht schlimm das es keine Rollos gab.
