Beautiful summer house by Dyngby Strand

This cozy cottage is from 1958, with an extension from 2021. The cottage is child friendly with cot, high chair and baby bath. You will find four good bedrooms in the house. Three rooms with 140 cm beds and one with a bunk bed. The kitchen is cozy with ceramic hobs and everything you need. In the living room there is a wood burning stove and plenty of space for both dining and relaxing. In the living room there are also windows that brighten up the room. Outdoors, the cottage is located on a natural plot. In the garden there is plenty of space to play, build caves and climb trees. You will also find garden furniture and parasol. in addition, there is a stream on the ground which also provides plenty of opportunities to play with or in :-) The cottage is located by the peaceful Dyngby Beach, an area with a quiet and peaceful environment. In the area there is a lovely sandy beach and within walking distance of the cottage you will find Denmark's oldest mini golf course, on Skovduevej in Saksild. In Dyngby you can enjoy your holiday in quiet surroundings. From Dyngby there are approx. 15 minutes drive to Odder. In Odder you can do the daily shopping. Here are lots of good shops, as well as a cozy pedestrian street. In Odder you can also take a trip to Bowlinghallen, Kuglen and Keglen. It's about. 20 minutes drive to the larger trading town of Horsens. Here you can also take a trip to Hosens Legeland or you can see the prison museum.

This lovely holiday home is located 250 meters from a super child-friendly sandy beach and offer plenty of space for play and coziness in the 1500 m2 large garden.
