Are you looking for a pleasant holiday together with family or friends this is the house for you. We can offer this wonderful wooden summer cottage from 1990. It is equipped with an indoor pool, spa and sauna and it lies on a large nature plot just 500 metres from Kattegat, Nordstrand - one of this region’s best beaches. The house has wooden walls and ceilings. The living- and bedroom have wooden floors - the rest of the house has tiled floors. The house is well-fitted and easily suits 2 families. There are 12 comfortable sleeping accomodations divided among 6 bedrooms: 5 with a doublebed and 1 with 2 singlebeds. There are 3 bathrooms each with a shower cabinet and floor heating. One of the bathrooms also has a sauna. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, stove with ceramic hotplates, and a fan oven. The kitchen is in open connection with the large well-equipped livingroom, which has a TV (Boxer subscription) and satellite dish (German programmes), DVD player, and a stereorack with radio and CD player. In the pool-department with heated tiled floor there is a pool (5 X 3 X 1.35 metres) and a spa for 3 people. From the pool area there is access to a large sun lounge with a tabletennis table and further access to a large terrace with garden furniture. Part of the terrace is roofed. The house also have a washing machine, tumble dryer, cot, and a high childrens’ chair. Outdoors there is a carport and a swing. In the region there are lots of activity possibilities for both adults and children, and the nearest city, Nykoebing, offers great food as well as non-food shopping possibilities.



No letting to youth groups, where all persons are 15-25 years.

Smoking in the house is not allowed.
