A fantastically renovated holiday home. Following a comprehensive refurbishment in 2025, the house now stands as a modern and luxurious holiday paradise, featuring a new large outdoor hot tub, a refurbished pool area and beautiful terraces. The house is situated on a 3,000 m² plot of undulating dune land, where you can enjoy a completely secluded setting surrounded by nature. From one of the terraces, you have a magnificent view of our beautiful lighthouse – Lyngvig Lighthouse. There are also plenty of opportunities for fun and games with table football or outdoor table tennis.

The holiday home has a floor area of 190 m² and can accommodate 10 people and 2 pets. The 5 bedrooms comprise 3 bedrooms with double beds and 2 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds. Two modern bathrooms – both with showers and underfloor heating – complete the property. The newly renovated kitchen opens onto the living room and dining area and has everything you need to cook in comfort whilst on holiday, including a dishwasher. The large, south-facing windows provide fantastic natural light in the living room and pool area. You can relax in front of the large flat-screen TV and watch your favourite films after an eventful day. An energy-efficient air-to-water heat pump provides the necessary warmth on colder days, and there is underfloor heating throughout the house. You’ll also find a washing machine and tumble dryer there.

The modernised pool area features a 16 m² heated pool with a counter-current system, which is perfect for play and exercise. The sauna is located in the pool area, just like the second bathroom. From the living room and pool area, you have direct access to the sunny terrace at the rear of the house, where the hot tub is also situated.
