Even if you live in the middle of the city, there is plenty of opportunity to relax in the completely undisturbed yard. In the yard, there is garden furniture, deck chairs and a parasol available, and if you have to provide the food yourself, you can fire up the grill and look forward to a cozy evening with good food in a relaxed setting.

The house is located in a side street to Gågaden and a short distance to Marstal harbour, which is a good example of how central the address is. You therefore do not have to cover more than 150 meters before you stand with a view of the harbour. Here you can enjoy the cozy atmosphere and see a variety of large and small ships before you sit down at one of the cozy outdoor dining areas. If you want to be a bit cultural, you have Marstal Maritime Museum and Marstal Motor Factory. If you want to get out into nature more, you can set off on foot towards Eriks hale - the bathing beach with the small iconic bathing houses.
