Very nice and well-furnished town house located in the heart of Marstal. On the ground floor, the house contains a beautiful dining room with modern furniture, and a cozy TV lounge with a lovely sofa. Separate kitchen and utility room and bathroom on the ground floor. The first floor is furnished with 2 bedrooms, of which 1 of the rooms is a walk-through room. In the cozy courtyard there is plenty of space for cozy barbecue evenings and sunbathing. Breakfast can be taken on the sunny terrace or in the cozy nook at the bottom of the garden.
Marstal is one of Ærø's pearls and one of Denmark's best-preserved market towns with cobbled streets, half-timbered houses and a lively environment in the summer with music venues and many restaurants. In the immediate extension of the cozy harbor is the lovely child-friendly beach, Erikshale.
