This lovely holiday home is primarily next to the vibrant harbor and close to the ferry to Rudkøbing. From the living rooms, bedroom and terrace you can undisturbed enjoy the view all the way to Langeland, follow the ship traffic and enjoy the life of Marstal.

120m2 with bright living rooms and kitchen with dining area and direct access to the terrace. In the attic 2 bedrooms with views, one with 1 double bed and 1 with two single beds, and common room / repos that can also be used for extra bedroom. (1. bed).
