Holiday home suitable for 6 persons . The holiday home is 86 m² and is build in 2007. In 2013 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 3 pets. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 80 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there are 2 high chairs.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 300 m² natural site. The site is fenced in. Situated 100 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 50 m away. A 100 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 11 m² covered terrace. Hereof a total of 100 m² enclosed terrace. You find a tool shed. Sandbox. Plug for charging electric car is available. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 2 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 6 sleeping places in double beds. 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located on the bed-loft of the house.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

Whirlpool
You can relax in the indoor whirlpool for 1 person.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 1 TV. Radio. CD player. At least 4 Danish channels. At least 4 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged.

General:
Ich war zum wiederholten Male in diesem Ferienhaus u.es war wieder ein schöner Urlaub.Man sieht dem Haus inzwischen an, dass es nicht mehr ganz neu ist, die Gardinen sind stellenweise verschlissen, hier u.da könnte gestrichen werden, aber die Betten sind bequem, Küche ist super, nur beim Tiefkühlschrank sollte man auf die Tür achten, die schließt schlecht. Insgesamt ist das Haus in einem guten Zustand und ich komme bestimmt wieder.Für 6 Personen wäre es mir persönlich allerdings zu klein.Für Hundebesitzer ist das Haus super, weil der Hund sich draußen frei bewegen kann, denn das komplette Grundstück ist eingezäunt.Die strandnahe Lage ist super und auch die gegenüberliegenden Geschäfte sind schnell zu erreichen, teilweise haben diese in den Wintermonaten allerdings geschlossen.
