There are two sheds and a carport for your car. As mentioned, the house is a classic summer cottage and is in good condition. All three bedrooms have ample closet space, with one of them being smaller. From the living room, you have access to the lovely terrace, where you can enjoy hours in the sun when the weather is at its best, or you can retreat to the delightful fireplace room, which has an open connection to the kitchen/dining area.

The nature in Nørre Lyngby is known for its beauty! And Agertoften 14 is located in a very scenic area on a large plot of 2500 square meters, so there's plenty of space for relaxation in the garden! The terrace is partially covered, allowing you to find a spot in both sun and shade, as needed. There are windbreaks on the terrace, so the strong winds won't disturb the outdoor environment. The beach is only 600 meters away, and the walk there is truly beautiful and characteristic of the holiday home areas along the northwest coast.
