Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 6 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. 1 of the beds is only suitable for an older child (4-11 years). The holiday home is 145 m² and is build in 1956. In 2016 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 2 pets. The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-friendly air-to-air heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 130 litres. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1202 m² garden site. The site is fenced in. Situated 5300 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 500 m away. A 20 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Equally, you have access to a sunroom. You find a tool shed. Trampoline. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 3 sleeping places in single beds. 2 sleeping places in sofa beds (single). Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There are 2 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 2 toilets. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

The holiday home contains 1 TV. Radio. CD player. At least 4 Danish channels. 1-3 Swedish channels. 1-3 Norwegian channels. 1-3 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420,- will be charged.

Lille køkken, og den ene seng står i gennemgangsværelse. På varme dage er udestuen ikke brugelig, og både badeværelse og et soverum har kun vinduer ud til udestuen. Gode senge.

Lækkert hus med gode værelser. Et af værelserne er dog i mellemgangen til udestuen, så det skal man være opmærksom på, hvis man skal bruge alle opredninger. Husets største plus for os var den lækre have, som blev flittigt brugt hele ugen - både af mennesker og hund. Ikke meget liv i byen men indkøb inden for gåafstand og fint udgangspunkt til diverse seværdigheder i Nordvestjylland.
