Lay-out
Holiday flat suitable for 8 persons . The holiday home is 89 m², in 2 levels, and is build in 2006. No pets allowed. Floor heating in the hall. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 40 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
natural site. Situated 750 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 1000 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 100 m. A 15 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. You find a tool shed. Swing. Sandbox. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in single beds. 2 sleeping places on mattresses. 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located on the bed-loft of the house. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 2 TVs. Stereo set. CD player. 1-3 Danish channels. 1-3 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420,- will be charged. Only families can rent this holiday home. The is ONLY one parkingspace by the house

Veldig fint hus. Rent og fint ved ankomst og fin beliggenhet. Nært golfbane og supermarked. Løkken sentrum var veldig hyggelig. Huset er godt utstyrt. Eneste minus; Gardinene sperrer ikke for lyset, så alle våknet veldig tidlig pga sol inn vinduene

Haus ist io. Aber die Haustür kann nur von einem Spezialisten geöffnet und verschlossen werden.Die Nacht wird zum Tag. Es gibt keine Verdunkelung.

Das Haus hat alles was man braucht. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Sehr schnell beim Supermarkt und auch in Lökken Stadt. Strand war mit Fahrrad in 5 min zu erreichen. Schuppen konnten wir für die Fahrräder nutzen und man hat eine super Aussicht auf den Golfplatz. Service vor Ort haben wir nicht gebraucht, die Mitarbeiter sind aber sehr freundlich und bemüht deutsch zu sprechen.

Huset hadde en flott lokasjon. Huset et mere slitt en jeg forventet og Huset manglet solskjerming på soverommene. Ellers veldig fornøyd.

Toll gelegenes Ferienhaus. Ausstattung für Kaffeeliebhaber bombastisch. Für jeden etwas dabei. Sehr ruhig gelegen, selbst wenn fast jedes Haus der Straße belegt ist, hört man kaum etwas. Strand, Supermarkt und Stadt zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen.
