Holiday home suitable for 4 persons . The holiday home is 103 m² and is build in 2006. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 61 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 2405 m² natural site. Situated 150 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 2600 m away. A 100 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. You find a tool shed. On warm nights the outdoor fireplace ensures a cosy atmosphere. Carport is at your disposal.

Bed situation
All together there are 2 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

Whirlpool
You can relax in the indoor whirlpool for 1 person.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 1 TV.1 DVD player. Radio. CD player. At least 4 Danish channels. At least 4 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Tolles Haus in ruhiger Lage direkt in den Dünen, nur wenige Meter zum Strand. Schöne Einrichtung, bequeme Betten, sehr gute Ausstattung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus sehr empfehlen.

Die Möbel, insbesondere die Couch und ggf. die Matratzen dürften auch mal erneuert werden. Ich kann das beurteilen, weil ich das Haus seit vielen Jahren buche und es mir eigentlich sehr gut gefällt.

Lage des Hauses sehr schön. Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen. Es ist Modernisierungsbedarf vorhanden. Das zweite Bett ist zu schmal und als Doppelbett nicht geeignet. Deswegen eher ein Drei-Personenhaus. Kein Internet nicht mehr zeitgemäß.

Ich buche das Haus seit über 10 Jahren. Die Endreinigung muss mit gebucht werden. Mittlerweile habe ich jedoch immer häufiger das Gefühl, dass eine Endreinigung überhaupt nicht stattfindet. Das Haus ist derart verschmutzt, dass wir im Rahmen des Einzuges auch immer erstmal eine Grundreinigung vornehmen müssen. Waschbecken, Toilette und einmal komplett durchsaugen. Auch die Scheiben, die im Haus reichlich vorhanden sind, scheinen offenbar überhaupt nicht geputzt worden zu sein.

Super ist doe kurze Entfernung zum Strand. Wir haben jeden Abend den Sonnenuntergang angeschaut.

Das Haus liegt sehr gut an den Dünen und hat gut gelegene Terrassen und einen Carport. In 3 Minuten ist man am Strand. Die Schlafzimmer sind nicht wirklich abzudunkeln, haben aber Klimanalage. Eine Wärmepumpe haben wir nicht gefunden. Die Fahrräder sind nicht benutzbar. Die Grills auch nicht. Das Haus muss besser gewartet werden, aber WaschTrockner, Backofen und Mikrowelle sind sehr gut in Schuss. Außentüren haben keine Stopper, was nerven kann. Die Auflagen sind sehr schmutzig. Lieber viele Handtücher mitnehmen. Es gibt einen Wasserhahn draußen für die Füße. Wascheleine auch. Aber immer noch KEIN WLAN! Empfang für Mobilerouter eher schlecht. Wer gern kocht, sollte sich eine Pfanne und Messer mitnehmen. Der Sonnenschirm ist Mini. Passt auch nicht in den Ständer.
