Worth knowing
There is a small studio apartment in the house which is not rented out but is occasionally used by the owner. The apartment is completely separate from the rest of the house, and there are no shared areas. Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged.
