Dieses 2019/2020 erbaute Ferienhaus liegt nur etwa 400 m vom nächten Strandufer entfernt und zudem nahe des kleinen Ortes mit Fischei- und Yachthafen.

Alle drei Doppelbetten im Haus können ggf. auch als zwei Einzelbetten genutzt werden. Für die ganz Kleinen stehen im Haus zudem ein Kinderbett (0 bis 3 Jahre) und ein Hochstuhl sowie am Haus ein Sandkasten bereit.

Zum Ferienhaus gehören drei schöne Terrassenflächen, eine davon ist überdacht. Darauf stehen schöne Sitzgelegenheiten für Sonnentage bereit. Außerdem Carport auf dem Grundstück, das ansprechend mit Blumen, Büschen und Bäumen bepflanzt ist.
