The two-storey, reed-thatched townhouse accommodates up to 8 people and offers numerous conveniences. The ground floor features a bright kitchen with American-style fridge-freezer, dishwasher and microwave. It opens onto the dining area, where the whole family can gather for culinary delights or game nights. Also on the ground floor is a bedroom with double bed and one of two full bathrooms with underfloor heating. Here, the whirlpool provides relaxing water massage sessions.

The first floor features a cosy living room with sloping ceilings, where the wood-burning stove provides welcoming warmth. From here, you can access the covered balcony, allowing you to enjoy the magnificent Wadden Sea views even on rainy days.

A second full bathroom and two bedrooms with double beds make your holiday particularly comfortable.

From the living area, a ladder leads to an open sleeping area (mezzanine) with two mattresses - especially popular with older children.

Wadden Sea and miles of sandy beach

The central location on Rømø is perfect for exploring the island. You can cycle to Lakolk, with its shops and restaurants, before reaching the vast white sandy beach. Children love building sandcastles here, while adults can search for amber. The beach hosts the annual kite festival each September, bringing participants from near and far. In August, the Rømø Motor Festival attracts classic cars from around the world for a fantastic weekend.

The Wadden Sea at Rømø is renowned for its nature and birdlife. Guided oyster gathering tours are available here.

From Havneby in the south of the island, you can take the ferry to the neighbouring island of Sylt.
