The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump.} Freezer capacity of 60 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 2900 m² natural site. Situated 2500 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 1500 m away. A 130 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 15 m² covered terrace. Swing. Sandbox. Barbecue at your disposal. Plug for charging electric car is available. Charging socket type 2. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 4 sleeping places in single beds.- 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located in the annex.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower and 1 toilet.

Wer es einfach mag ist in diesen kleinen Ferienhaus genau richtig , welches mal eine Renovierung gebrauchen könnte, das angegeben Gästehaus ist ein Zimmer neben dem Holzschuppen. Die Fotos sind aus einen guten Winkel fotografiert, so wirkt alles größer als es ist. Der angepriesesne Hundefreilauf verwildert und ungepflegt , der Drahtzaun eine wackliche Konstruktion, der Fairness halber muss ich Erwähnen das wir im November vor Ort waren.
