The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 60 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

The holiday home is situated on a 1500 m² Situated 3000 m from the sea. Situated 200 m from the Wadden Sea. Nearest shop is 500 m away. A 15 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Swing. Sandbox. Trampoline. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 6 sleeping places in double beds. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 electric hotplates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

Whirlpool
You can relax in the indoor whirlpool for 2 persons.

General:
Schönes umgebautes Bauernhaus. Gemietet wird nur die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss. Nichts für große Menschen. Die Durchgangshöhe unter den Deckenbalken beträgt teilweise nur 183 cm oder weniger. Küche unpraktisch. Vollgestopfte Schubladen mit Teller und Tassen. Die Ausstattung der Küche konnte besser sein. Wir haben Pfanne, Auflaufform usw. über Sonne und Strand nachgekauft. Es fehlt ein vernünftiger Schrank für Geschirr und Gläser. 3 schöne Schlafzimmer, leider war eins wegen Schimmel an den Fensterleibungen und Schimmel in einer Ecke nicht nutzbar. Die Beseitigung mit Chlor durch eine Fachkraft war nicht möglich, da dann das Haus für unsere Asthmatiker nicht mehr bewohnbar wäre. Außenterrasse und Stühle nicht nutzbar. Alles alt. Weg zum Eingang für behinderte Menschen schlecht nutzbar. Altes Pflaster mit runden Steinen. Hohe Nebenkosten. 75€ Stromkosten für 6 Nächte.
