Holiday home suitable for 8 persons . The holiday home is 105 m² and is build in 1990. In 2005 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 3 pets. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 10 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 2600 m² natural site. Situated 3300 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 1100 m away. A 50 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 6 m² covered terrace. You find a tool shed. Swing. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 6 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in single beds.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 electric hotplates, baking oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There are 2 bathrooms with shower and 2 toilets. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

The indoor prefilled whirlpool offers space for 5 persons.

General:
Ein hübsches, eher rustikales Häuschen. Es war toll gereinigt und gut ausgestattet. Zum Teil war Inventar/Ausstattung etwas in die Jahre gekommen (Bratpfannen, Matratzen) und könnten bald erneuert werden, aber es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub mit Hunden und Kindern & haben es uns im Haus gemütlich gemacht. Der Service von Sonne&Strand wie immer einzige Klasse! Wir hatten zum Teil die Bettwäsche vergessen und konnten diese am Sonntag (ich wusste gar nicht, dass jemand im Büro vor Ort ist) sogar außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten noch naträglich leihen und abholen. Der Herr hat mich sofort zurück gerufen und alles organisiert! Wir kommen gerne wieder :-)
