Holiday home suitable for 8 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 120 m² and is build in 2013. In 2022 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 1 pet. Floor heating in all tiled floors. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 60 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 2341 m² natural site. Situated 250 m from the sea. Situated 950 m from inlet. Nearest shop is 3500 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 4500 m. A 35 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Hereof a total of 20 m² enclosed terrace. Plug for charging electric car is available. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 4 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 6 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in single beds. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There are 2 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 2 toilets. There is floor heating in 2 bathrooms. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

General:
Wir hatten eine tolle Urlaubswoche in dem Ferienhaus. Die Lage und der Weg durch die Dünen zum Strand traumhaft. Es fehlte uns an nichts, alles war vorhanden. Zwei kleine Tipps: Müslischüsseln anstatt 30 flache Teller wären schön sowie Kuchengabeln. Die Federbetten waren nicht so sauber, müssten gereinigt werden, vielleicht wären hier synthetische Bettendecken und Kissen von Vorteil.
