This lovely and carefully renovated holiday home on Røsnæs offers a truly unique location with breathtaking sea views. Here, you can enjoy peace, togetherness, and an authentic summer house atmosphere in beautiful surroundings. The kitchen is open to the cozy living room, allowing socializing and cooking to go hand in hand. It is well equipped with everything you need – including a dishwasher, of course – so you can fully relax and enjoy your holiday. Large windows in the living room let in plenty of natural light and offer views of both the property and the sparkling sea. The wood-burning stove creates extra coziness on cool evenings, and the house is also equipped with a heat pump and electric heating, ensuring year-round comfort. There is Chromecast and free internet, and a high chair is available for the youngest members of the family. The house features three comfortable bedrooms: two with double beds and a third with a double sofa bed – perfect for both family and friends. The bright bathroom includes a toilet, shower, and underfloor heating, providing a pleasant start to the day. Outside, a lovely fenced terrace awaits, complete with garden furniture and a barbecue – the perfect spot for long summer evenings dining under the open sky. The house is within walking distance of several of Røsnæs’ fantastic wineries and less than 4 km from Denmark’s largest winery – a wonderful opportunity to enjoy tastings in scenic surroundings. If you dream of nature experiences, the beautiful hiking route “Røsnæs Rundt” is almost right outside the door. This 25 km trail offers magnificent landscapes and can be reached on foot from the holiday home – just about 1 km away. Only about 7 km from the house, you will find the charming old market town of Kalundborg, along with atmospheric Højby, home to Denmark’s largest collection of medieval houses. Here you can also visit the impressive Church of Our Lady, which, according to tradition, was built by Esbern Snare in the early 13th century. The church is truly unique worldwide, with its ground plan shaped like a Greek cross and five distinctive towers rising majestically above the town. Here, you get the perfect combination of sea views, nature, culture, and true summer house idyll.
