A genuine old summer house on Røsnæs – just like 100 years ago It’s worn. It’s authentic. It’s primitive – and it’s wonderful if you love that kind of thing. What you get: • A breathtaking view over Kalundborg Fjord you’ll wake up to every morning. The sea right outside the door, fields with horses behind the house, and Stubs wine tower on the horizon, surrounded by vineyards. • Large, covered south-facing veranda – perfect for red wine as the sun sets into the sea. • Nearest neighbours are Røsnæs Strandhotel and Stub Vineyard. You can see the house while enjoying a glass of wine at the tower! • Private bathing jetty just below the house during summer. • Excellent fishing opportunities from the coast. • Large, wild and scenic plot with plenty of space and privacy. What you do NOT get: • No indoor toilet, but there is a shower – even with hot water. The toilet is in the courtyard, but thankfully it’s a proper flush toilet. • No dishwasher, but with that view, washing dishes by hand feels just fine. • No Wi-Fi. But good mobile coverage and plenty of books. This summer house is for those who dream of living like it’s the 1920s – just for a week or two. For those who want peace, sea and nature, and the feeling of stepping 100 years back in time without compromising on location.
