The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-friendly air-to-air heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 45 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair. Changing table. Baby bath.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 900 m² garden site. The site is fenced in. Situated 5000 m from the sea. Situated 400 m from inlet. Nearest shop is 1500 m away. A 75 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 22 m² covered terrace. You find a tool shed. Swing. Sandbox. Barbecue at your disposal. Plug for charging electric car is available. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 6 sleeping places in double beds. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years). There is floor heating in 3 the bedrooms.

The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

General:
Lækkert sommerhus og have, men terrasser hele rundt om huset, så der er altid en god siddeplads i solen. Haven er oplagt til leg og hygge. Selve området er hyggeligt, en lille gåtur ned til bugten med badebro og udsigt poster med bænke så man kan sidde og nyde solnedgangen. Der er en skøn legeplads og gratis minigolf. Kan anbefale stedet både med børn og til par der bare vil nyde det skønne område. Indkøb 7 km til Hurup, hvor der både er en Netto, Rema og Lidl.
